Video conferencing systems can transform your business and its boardroom, making it easy to have face-to-face conversations with colleagues around the world. help4IT uses best-in-class hardware such as Polycom’s RealPresence suite to ensure that your meeting rooms are ready for live video conferencing at the touch of a button.

Modern telepresence systems can mesh seamlessly with your IP telephony, computer networks and conference room display hardware, giving you a system that’s simple, efficient and that doesn’t require specialist technical expertise simply to operate. Once we’ve set your conferencing system up, you’ll be able to control it from a touchscreen phone unit, laptop or even your smartphone.

Our conference room systems support standard video and audio hardware, and we’ll ensure that you have the perfect camera and screen setup to cover your meetings. We’ll make sure your conference has the mics and speakers it needs to ensure that no one’s straining to hear or be heard. A single, fully integrated hardware setup means that you’ll only need one set of hardware for your conference room phone and video conferencing system.

As well as providing direct, point-to-point telepresence, video support can be tied into your existing VoIP telephony or Unified Communications platform, whether you’re a Microsoft Skype for Business user or run a fully open source IPPBX. Because it’s easy to connect a smartphone, tablet or laptop to the conferencing system, presenters can show slides, make live on-screen notes and share their own screens.

Outside the conference room, dedicated video conferencing apps and personal telepresence solutions allow your staff to dial into meetings or speak one-to-one, no matter where they are. Mobile, desktop and browser-based apps provide seamless compatibility and will automatically optimise video quality to make best use of available bandwidth, whether your remote colleague is on mobile broadband in the field or a high-speed VDSL link at their home or remote office.

  • Send and receive HD video for a sense of real presence
  • Connect to your existing conference room TV or projector
  • Easy to use, even for non-technical staff
  • Staff can securely video conference in from anywhere
  • Integrate with existing SIP or Skype for Business communication systems
  • Share screens and present from your laptop or smartphone
  • Flexible telephony, video conferencing and screen sharing in a single system

Our bespoke video conferencing solutions mean that your staff can collaborate seamlessly using systems that are as easy to use as the most the approachable consumer services, but with all the power and security your modern, connected business needs.
